KRA for Addl. G.M. / G.M. (Information Technology)
Location : Lucknow
Required Qualification/Experience :
- B.E. (Computers) / B.Tech + MBA
- 7+ years relevant experience (Preferably from Real Estate)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and Information Technology initiatives at the company Spearheading ERP, Far Vision projects & customer support
- Managing Cloud Servers and Systems
- The candidate should be able to identify the individual strengths of team members and actively foster career advancement.
- Works with the leadership team to determine the strategy to achieve overall site goals.
- The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and should be a self-motivated team player and must be able to work independently.
- Leverage ERP technologies, Data Analytics etc. to solve actual business problems
- Create business case for each project, define success parameters, manage stakeholders and vendors, deploy project, measure success and ensure adoption
- Create and sustain culture of innovation in digital and IT team and ensure regular flow of innovative ideas to improve growth, productivity and user/customer experience
- Ensure resolution of all technology related issues as per defined SOPs
- Regular reviews with stakeholders for delivering & exceeding against expectations
- Manage team and sustain culture of ownership, accountability and continuous learning
- Ensuring continuous technology support for smooth business operations
- Identification of risks and planning mitigation
- Assist in resolving on day to day basis for operation issues
- Manage Information Technology and computer systems
- Resolve Help Escalation
- Coordinate with business partners & stakeholders
- Exp on Far Vision and ERP implementation, IT Infrastructure
- Leadership Skills
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Exposure to ERP processes, flows and features preferably apparel ERP
- Excellent Project Management Skills
- Excellent communication written & oral
