Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred• 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager/Senior Manager in Hotel industry• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities• Financial acumen and budget management experience• Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems• Familiarity with local market trends and competitors
