- Manage DM channels
- Ideate & own digital paid media strategy for all digital channel: SEM, FB, Youtube, Shopping, Display/Discovery, Paid Social, Affiliate etc.
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
- Drive marketing programs which are highly targeted, basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
- Work with affiliate partners to optimize install & conversion campaigns
- Establish processes for monitoring, measurement and optimization through institutionalizing performance marketing metrics that correlate to business impact
- App Marketing/User Engagement & Retention
- Provide strategic directions to increase revenue generated through Furlenco's app by driving higher installs and nurturing app leads
- Oversee all app acquisition and engagement marketing campaigns (e.g., install campaigns, push, email, in-app message)
- Implementation of custom events and analytics tools (Appsflyer)
- Strategize and create user journeys and communication on Moengage/other CRM tools
- Suggest and onboard new app acquisition channels (other than Google and Facebook)
- Leverage data to understand user conversion funnels, LTV/CAC, and cohort behaviour to design influential in-app marketing campaigns that will improve app behaviour or reduce churn
