Role description:
1. Managing Front office efficiently
2. Receiving calls (EPABX) and internal coordination
3. Managing Peons and Housekeeping
4. Managing Vendors and AMC
5. Attendance Management
6. Managing Courier inward/outward
7. Receiving visitors
8. Booking flights and hotels for MD
9. Assisting MD with appointments and meetings
10. Assisting departments with printing and miscellaneous work
11. Managing billing and other basic aspects of running office on computer/excel
12. Helping with general office activity and festival arrangements
Required Skill Set:
● Good communication skill (Eng/Hindi)
● Good computer skill (word, excel)
● Able to correspond independently
● High level of self-motivation, persuasive and goal-oriented
● Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly behaviour

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
