Qualifications: Civil Engineer-Graduate/ Post Graduate commensurate with said position
JD in brief:
1) Need to be able to follow up with Consultants, for Sanctions, get NOCs, Completions etc and coordinate.
2) Set up a PERT/ CPM plan for Execution and monitor the same.
3) Along with the same the Financial Projections for the Project Execution
4) To set up a proper Reporting System/ Quality Control Checklist/ and Safety Protocols
5) Create a databank of Vendors, Contractors and also finalize their contracts etc
6) Material reconciliation and selection
7) Detailed drawing, study and estimation
