You will be responsible to
Drive automation and standardization through systems and tools to maximize efficiency and actionable insights. Ensure quality, accuracy and integrity of information stored in our systems, enabling a single source of truth.
Drive global planning and analytics programs to serve customers and collaborate with stakeholders
Own and deliver Month end closing, Monthly Performance Reporting, Latest Views, Forecast and Annual Operating Plan by effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders across markets/businesses including Business Partners and other FP&A teams.
Own the KPIs, meet the individual targets in terms of FTR, OTD, customer satisfaction and consistently maintain top-quartile GBS performance trends
Stakeholder management: Engage with Philips heads of finances and business partners across markets/businesses.
Lean thinking and tools for operational excellence and productivity.

About Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
The Financial Planning & Analysis function in Indiais responsible for timely, accurate and actionable insights for effective decision making in Royal Philips plc globally, across markets, business verticals and functions. In addition,FP&Ais amid digital transformation through automation, driving innovation in improving forecasting and prediction capabilities, insightful data analytics, and modelling and scenario building for top leadership decision support.

To succeed in this role, youll need a customer-first attitude and the following
Min. 8 years of experience in working on Business intelligence tools/platforms and systems and analytics tools in Power BI, SQL, Advanced Excels/macro and PPT for reporting
Strong in Project Management skills: plan ahead & till completion, high level & details, track progress & highlight risk & support needed, drive action owners for completion
Excellent communication and presentation skill, able to coordinate across different geographies and with different levels of stakeholders in the organization
Candidate with Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance and/or Accounting orientated study is preferred
Energetic, flexible, be agile to the challenging dynamics, Problem solve & own Market KPIs analysis
Preparing, analyzing, presenting the International Market financial review with actionable insights
Support business during Forecasting, Budgeting, Strategic plans with relevant inputs.
Work with cross-functional teams (IT, FMS, Factory Finance, PPA)
