Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for managing the food and beverage operations at our location in Amritsar, Punjab, India. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.

• 4-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in food and beverage management
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing inventory and controlling costs
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Train and supervise staff members to deliver exceptional service
• Manage inventory and control stock levels
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food production and presentation
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements as needed
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings
