AddressThe incumbent would be leading the Planning & Costing charter of Line-Haul Central team. This role demands sound understanding in supply networking & analytics, OE & be working together with ground Line Haul Operations and key stakeholders ensuring that the major/key initiatives are met, and the operations run effectively & efficiently.
- Leading the Speed & Cost charter for Large SC for LH asset.
- Owning E2E Planning & Network for LH asset.
- Drive and ensure for effective LH network with cost & speed optimization.
- Identify improvements on the workflow or system and collaborate with the operations team and supervise to implement the necessary changes time to time.
- Analyze operational data and informational to conceptualize and define operational problems & interprets data on logistics elements. Proactively identify trends to prevent customer impacting issues
- Track, analyse and manage KPIs and SLAs using monitoring and reporting tools and ensure key objectives are being met.
- Strong co-ordination with IT, Tech and Operations teams to ensure correct actions are documented and tracked to completion
- Innovate on current processes to constantly improve support operations
- Review and analyse information regarding alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes
- Transforms large amounts of raw data into actionable information for presentation to business managers in report format. Builds and maintains automated reports using Business Objects, Reporting Services and Excel/Power BI etc
