We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role Financial Accounting Specialist GSC’s

Principal Responsibilities

• Support the team in ensuring all cycles are managed holistically to agreed timelines through monitoring agreed run books of activities, following up on missed deadlines and escalating where appropriate.
• Developing high level execution plans to deliver on all planning and stress testing cycles
• Reviewing all regional, global business and core process run books to ensure that a cohesive and executable plan is in place.
• Managing stakeholders to ensure timely and complete submissions. Tracking actions, recording key decision points, distributing meeting materials and minutes.
• Support in the standardizing and managing operational planning processes and requirements e.g. instructions & documentation, run-books, share-points.
• Ensuring processes are run in accordance with the Control framework and procedures agreed
• Providing accurate information status reporting, and risk and issues updates.
• Support in the development of timely and high-quality instructions and supporting documentation for key Group-level stress testing and planning exercises.
• Support the development and maintenance of the documentation workstream, embedding HSBC principles to produce high quality basis of preparation, process maps and controls.
