Our Client is an MNC that now operates its own Container Freight Stations (CFSs) at Nhava Sheva (JNPT), Mundra, Hazira, and Chennai. It has its own Multi-Modal Rail Linked Logistics Park at Palwal near Delhi at Kila Raipur near Ludhiana and a Rail Linked facility at Dhanakya near Jaipur. It also has it presence across all major ports in India.
Provides enhanced value added services by means of First mile & Last mile road connectivity from/to customer doorstep.
Few private players to be granted pan India License for container train operations. Rail operations commenced from April 2007.
KRAs for the position :
1. Managing / Preparation of Standalone and Consolidated Financial statement.
2. Ensuring timely completion of Statutory / Internal audit of financial statements.
3. Ensuring timely filing of Income tax returns, tax audit report etc.
4. Reviewing submissions made to statutory authorities for Income tax assessment / GST Assessment / VAT Assessment.
5. Attending scrutiny assessment proceedings
6. Ensuring compliances under Companies Act, 2013 including filing of statutory returns with ROC, proper implementation of newly introduced provisions
7. Monitoring changes in relevant Legislation and regulatory environment and taking appropriate actions / decisions.
8. Revenue / capex budget monitoring .
9. Dealing various day to day operational issues of business unit
10. Implementation of Internal Controls, Compliance with organizational DOP
11. MIS reporting
12. Related party transaction monitoring
13. Had been a part of team involved in Group Restructuring / Merger & Amalgamations.
14. Attending Board Meetings and replying to the Independent Directors' queries
Qualifications - CA + CS ( Mandatory )
Budget / CTC - Up to 35 Lakhs
Person having experience in " Green Field Projects " will also be preferred.
Person without having CA & CS qualification need not apply.
KNOWLEDGE OF MARATHI LANGUAGE (Write, Speak & Read) IS MANDATORY
