What would you do? The role entails primarily to support the overall Non-Contract Cost and Payroll financial management including planning & forecasting, reporting analysis, hierarchy management, WBSE usage advisory and long range planning. Support leadership and serve as the finance contact and business advisor by providing financial insights, management information, scenario planning and solutions. Work collaboratively with the Market and Service groups, entity leadership teams, directors of operations, business operation team and HR. Understanding of Economic model. Key Functions:- Deep dive into each of the deliverables assigned and propose process improvements to improve speed and quality.Assist/help in the planning/forecasting activities done by Specialist/AMAssist in preparing the monthly follow up on forecast and help to provide details required for analysis and actionable insights on the monthly variances of Actuals vs. forecast. Assist in NCC Adhoc analysis/investigations/what if modelling and collaborate with/enable business to deliver expected outcomes.Managing Accenture Support requests related to SAP Financials structure maintenance. Monthly pre-close analysis of results. Month-end activities, journal entry processing. Analyze charges received , follow-up and make the proper adjustments.Monthly accruals.Provides support to ATC Sr.Managers and Managers, business operation team and human resources. Seat charge recovery: analysis that ensures reasonability in our monthly closings.Control if ATC rules are accomplished by checking cost types and thresholds and determine which costs should be charged to projects or ATC.Review of Internal wbsTraining Plan/Forecast Report: provides support to the ATC Sr. Manager who sponsors the training activities. Reporting a monthly follow up by Capability.Wbs, cost center, profit center creation and lock process.ATC mapping: Alignment of the ATC wbs to Latam ATC rules Management Pack.
