Address We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy 'Finance and Operations Intern'. This role is designed for a driven individual seeking to gain hands-on experience in both Finance And mutual funds operations. Your role would be to oversee the mutual fund operations and coordinate with the internal team and clients. You will work under a team of experienced staff.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Effectively communicate with clients via email and phone to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mutual fund transactions.
3. Assist with the processing of client investment requests, including purchases, redemptions, and transfers.
4. Utilize Microsoft Excel to assist with data analysis and reporting tasks (knowledge of Excel is a plus but not mandatory).
Requirements:
1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (preferred but not mandatory).
Note: There is a possibility of a full-time offer based on your performance during the internship.
