About FinAGG:
At FinAGG, we empower SME Distributors, Dealers, and Retailers to access purchase credit lines for Anchor, partnering with some of the most prestigious companies in the industry. As we strategically expand our enterprise team, solutions, and customer base, we're actively seeking candidates with a strong background in Enterprise Sales, financial acumen, business curiosity, adaptability, and a global mindset.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating your own pipeline with leading companies spanning various industries.
- Engage with CxOs and senior executives in finance, procurement, sales, and IT departments, building robust relationships and understanding the needs of decision- makers at all levels.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the FinAGG solution.
- Transform client feedback into actionable strategies that drive new business and mitigate competitive risks.
- Advocate for client needs, influence their decisions, and negotiate win-win solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Account Management, Credit, and more to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing account growth.
- Foster a culture of trust and open communication by effectively collaborating across teams.
- Partner with channel allies and subject matter experts to drive sales opportunities.
Who You Are:
- Previous experience in front-line consulting/sales roles, engaging with CxOs at leading Indian and global companies.
- An exceptionally professional, energetic, and motivated team player who upholds the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
- Possess "hunter" skills, with the determination to overcome obstacles and navigate complex sales processes.
- Track record of successfully negotiating large strategic sales deals, covering all stages of sales development: prospecting, proposal development, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Exhibit intellectual agility and an entrepreneurial mindset, displaying drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced technology startup environment.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of financial concepts and corporate finance metrics, profitability, and working capital management.
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb new products and adapt to evolving business and customer demands.
- Outstanding executive presence and presentation skills, capable of articulating value propositions to diverse organizational and functional levels.
- Collaborative, team-oriented working style.
- Proven customer relationships built on trust, where clients value your ability to provide immediate value to their organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Strong experience in Financial Institution (FI) relationships.
- 6-12 years of experience in Banking/NBFC partnerships.
- A Tier 1 or tier 2 - MBA / PGDBM.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Proficiency in presentation and negotiation skills.
