Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Boutique Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, exceptional leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure staff delivers excellent customer service.
• Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory levels and implement effective stock control measures.
• Monitor product trends and make recommendations for stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Customer Service:
• Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service.
• Visual Merchandising:
• Plan and execute attractive merchandise displays to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Ensure the boutique's visual aesthetics align with the brand image.
• Sales Performance:
• Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a boutique setting.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
