Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Sales Manager located in Jodhpur. The Export Sales Manager would handle international sales and marketing of the company's products. The role requires managing the entire sales cycle, initiating contacts, preparing sales plans, creating and accomplishing sales goals, and building relationships with clients. The Export Sales Manager would also be in charge of developing strategies to increase sales, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / Master Degree
- Below 35 yrs
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Export Sales (entire export cycle management)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop long-term relationships with clients
- Experience in managing a team and leading sales teams to achieve targets
- Familiarity with global markets and experience in selling to international clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and generate sales reports
- Ability to tailor sales strategies to meet the demands of a global marketplace
- Fluency in English and proficiency in one or more foreign languages is preferred
Compensation:
CTC: 15 to 20 LPA
