Form of workJob Description:- Analyze critical stages and close dates to ensure accurate property list reporting and set up/maintain automated alerts for deal closures and inactive deals.- Manage user profiles, roles, permissions, and page layouts in Salesforce, ensuring proper access and security settings.- Develop a deep understanding of our business processes from both the front and back end to provide comprehensive support to users.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Salesforce.- Provide accurate and timely analysis of new program applications, conduct testing, identify potential issues, and implement efficient solutions.- Handle license activations, permission updates, and public group management.- Triage helpdesk tickets, providing immediate support to users and escalating complex issues when necessary.- Understand the difference between Salesforce Data Loader and Import Wizard and the scenarios in which each would be utilized, demonstrating proficiency in data migration and manipulation.- Manipulate data from Salesforce and external systems to reconcile differences.- Demonstrate an understanding of Salesforce native flow process automations and their interactions with various alerts, processes, validations, and other components within our custom org, ensuring efficient workflow automation and optimization.- Possess a deep understanding of the relationships between objects within our Salesforce architecture, facilitating effective data management and reporting.- Execute Salesforce configuration changes, encompassing but not limited to Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports, to meet evolving business requirements and enhance user experience.- Monitor user adoption of Salesforce, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance user engagement and maximize the platform's effectiveness in driving business outcomes.- Support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Salesforce Authenticator, ensuring secure access to the Salesforce platform and adherence to security best practices.- Maintain data cleanliness within Salesforce, conducting regular data audits, deduplication efforts, and data quality checks to uphold the integrity and reliability of our database.- Cultivate a responsive and patient attitude when assisting users with Salesforce-related inquiries or issues, providing prompt and courteous support to ensure a positive user experience and foster a collaborative work environment.- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.- Proficient in Excel (ref:hirist.tech)
