- Responsible for Marketing, Technical Services and Business Development for the Poultry products portfolio.
- Assist in the preparation of Marketing strategy/plans and implement them flawlessly to position NAH products for long term sustainable growth
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Tech Ops and other internal team members towards achievement of business goals
- Forge exceptional relationships externally with customers, Key Accounts, Distributors and other concerned Authorities via value added services and regular contact
- Monitor and analyze business performance of key brands and propose and ultimately drive corrective action
- Gain a deeper understanding of marketing principles and process develop customer insights through appropriate techniques/tools
- Sales forecast achievement for poultry products market share growth /Spend.
- Number of days spent with sales colleagues and in the field
- Delivery of Product Training/refresher courses and Technical Services to Customers and Sales Staff
- Quality of responsiveness and feedback to field reports and complaints, as well as quality of communication/collaboration with Internal and External customers.
- Marketing competence, including successful implementation of registrations, clinical trials, promotional tools, campaigns, technical/industry meetings, samples, literature allocation and distribution.
