Job Description

Preparing the quotation, filing tenders. Should have good GeM knowledge.
- Managing and organizing sales-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Maintaining tender and quotation data.
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Address customer queries via phone, email, or in-person, providing product information, and pricing,
- Liaise with other departments, such as customer service, finance, and logistics, to resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers.
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Experience- 3-4 years
Qualification- Masters in Lifescience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
