JLL is looking for a Senior HR Specialist to support a rapidly growing high-profile account
team across APAC. The scope of the role includes analytics and reporting, HR process flows, employee query management, data and HRIS (Workday) management and support to the wider HR team. Compliance and quality are at the forefront of this role, operating across the APAC region (Asia Pacific). This person will also take on project work as directed by the People Experience Partners.
The successful candidate will have outstanding system skills. This position requires an extremely professional and articulate individual with the confidence to deal with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
The successful candidate will also need to be flexible enough to regularly contribute to the delivery of other HR initiatives, as appropriate. We are seeking enthusiastic, analytical individuals, with a creative mind and a desire to learn and work collaboratively within the team. This role provides a real opportunity to make a difference to the company, by delivering HR and talent acquisition initiatives that will have a great impact on our overall people strategy.
What this job involvesProviding analytical and administrative support to the HR team
Supporting senior management with analysis/reporting as required
Working collaboratively with the team and on any other important deliverables
Working with PxPs (People Experience Partner) on HR process flows and ensuring compliance
Oversee the onboarding and support of new starters across the organization within APAC
Being responsible for data accuracy and changes in HRIS (Workday) and Client systems
Collating monthly recruitment reports for example, people metrics including headcount and attrition
Managing all pre-employment background checks and tracking, as required
Working with compliance ensuring queries are clarified
Working with internal team for any audit queries

Strong analytical, writing and drafting skills
Experience in developing and maintaining HR process flows
Strong communication skills and ability to interface credibly with external candidates and senior business leaders
Strong IT and system skills – preferably in Workday
Proven capability operating with and producing reports and analytics using Microsoft Excel
An interest in developing innovative solutions
Good stakeholder management skills: successful candidates will likely interface with many staff at a more senior level to themselves. They will need a flexible approach; a creative mind; and resilience in the face of challenges to delivery
An ability to connect the dots – matching business requirements with the resources they need; and delivering individuals aspirations and development needs
Strong interpersonal skills and take pride in being a personable team player
The personal resilience to manage challenges to delivery of key initiatives
Commitment to the organization – a desire to see strategic initiatives in the talent space rolled out successfully and to make a personal contribution
Must have a track record in a coordination / administrative role
Will be degree qualified or equivalent.
