• Provide top-level assistance for high level executives• Schedule meetings and respond to emails on behalf of the executive• Draft documents and assist with meeting preparations• Manage calendar, meetings, and travel planning• Coordinate to-do lists with senior leadership team• Serve as a 'gatekeeper'• Maintain confidentiality• Manage inbox communication• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders• Coordinate and manage multiple priorities and logistics
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, personal assistant, or office manager preferred• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite• Well-organized and detail-oriented• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Experience in a high-velocity environment preferred• Understanding of governance structures preferred• Experience in professional services or event planning environments preferred• Willingness to travel• Minimum qualification: Graduate• Minimum 1-2 years of job experience
