• Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of company in the minds of new prospective clients• Contacting customers by phone to explain advantages and features of service being sold• Answering customer's questions pertaining to service being offered• Working with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies• Coordinating and scheduling appointments to sales representatives and clients• Maintaining and working on Follow Ups data• Giving feedback to Team Lead on prospects or Follow up clients and meeting the targets assigned on a timely basis
Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience• Fluent in English and Hindi• Good communication and persuasion skills• Ability to work with sales teams and set targets• Strong organizational skills
