Job Description:
The role entails providing support to the Business Head for SME (unsecured business loan) in operational tasks, market analysis, financial due diligence, and financial modeling. The incumbent is responsible for delivering support in governance and reviews management, stakeholder management, and special projects management. The associate will monitor progress across functions and maintain dashboards for MD Office and project meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Planning Support:
- Assist in generating timely and error-free business plans/AOP development & updating in collaboration with CXOs.
- Conduct robust research and analysis to support business expansion strategy and aid in execution plans.
- Play a crucial role in formulating financial strategy and business strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Governance & Review:
- Assist in periodically monitoring function-wise performance against AOP and collaborate with internal teams to pressure test financial performance reports.
- Support in monitoring operational performance against AOP.
Stakeholder Management:
- Coordinate the preparation of material for MD's interactions with Chairman, Board, key external stakeholders, and internal stakeholders.
- Support in rolling out effective communication from MD office around key strategic priorities.
- Special Projects Management
- Assist in the identification and evaluation of strategic areas requiring external assistance, developing business cases for special projects.
- Support in executing special projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination and integration across different departments.
- Assist in the development of implementation plans for special projects and monitor project progress regularly for timely implementation.
Education Requirements: Master's degree in Business Administration or Management (Tier 1/2/3 Institute)
Years of experience: 4+ years'
Work Experience in Banking & Financial Services
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
