Address Job Summary:
As an Field Marketing Intern at Zluri, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and coordinating various events that showcase our brand, products, and thought leadership. The successful candidate will have a passion for events, impeccable organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and an exceptional attendee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing a diverse range of events, including corporate dinners, webinars, conferences, trade shows, and more.
- Handle end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, transportation, AV requirements, and setup/breakdown.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success and product teams to define event goals, target audiences, and event messaging.
- Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and communication, ensuring a high level of attendee engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with speakers, presenters, and partners to ensure their seamless participation and support during events.
- Assist in creating event collateral such as invitations, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
- Oversee event budgeting, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-effective solutions.
- Assist in outreach efforts, making cold calls to bring in attendees for events.
- Monitor and report on event performance metrics, providing insights to improve future events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, event best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance event experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in event planning, operations, or related roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours as required.
