We, at Event Dynamics , are looking for an experienced and creative Event Operations Executive to join our team. As an Operations Executive at our company, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various types of events. We are expecting you to be very well-organized and competent in vendor management. Communication skills, good time management and attention to detail are a must!
Event Operations Executive Job Responsibilities
1.Costings & Logistics: Complete operational support to Client Servicing team, right from providing logistics to costs, negotiation etc so as to ensure that they achieve their revenue targets.
2.Ownership: Complete ownership of all events/activations - taking personal responsibility for flawless delivery as per Event Dynamics standards
3.Systems & Processes : Ensuring that all systems and processes are followed and creating / suggesting / implementing best practices which constantly upgrade our operational capabilities.
4.Vendor Selection & Negotiation : Ensuring that correct vendors are chosen for each of the jobs undertaken at the best possible cost.
5.Planning : Ensuring that the correct resources are allocated to each project, putting in the right checks and balances to ensure that desired results.
6.Quality : Ensuring that quality achieved from the projects team executes is world class in every aspect and is appreciated by client.
7.Artist / Supplier Database : Creating an efficient database of Artists / suppliers which is used by all members of the Client Servicing & Operation teams
