Your Profile

1. Take full ownership of the event i.e.- Taking event Live Online for sales including Box Office and Gate Management.
2. Work closely with the client on-ground and fulfill requirements as per the events.
3. Build partnerships with local vendors & venues for the events.
4. Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to make sure everything is adhered as per the client standards
5. Asses the overall event success and submit findings
6. Support implementation of the communication plan for all events under the direction of Manager
7. Manage eventinventory(PDA's, printers, lanyards, etc)
8. Ability to manage the ticketing for Events/Sports/Plays all over the country whenever required.
9. Prepare Reports / Reconciliation post events.
10. Co-ordinating with Internal and external stakeholders.

Your Checklist

1. 2+ years of experience preferably in the Events background.
2. Ability to handle pressure, multi-task and work within tight schedules/deadlines
3. Effective crisis management, Good time management, Good negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. A passion for events with an accurate eye for details.
5. Excellent communication skills with command over the English (written and verbal)
6. Must be ready to travel for work.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
8. Ready to work in flexible timings.
