· Research and evaluate current and upcoming technologies and frameworks.
· Plan, design and develop technical solutions and alternatives to meet business requirements in adherence with agreed standards, processes and best practices.
· Create high quality design and other technical artifacts including but not limited to detailed test strategy/test design, performance benchmarking, release rollout and deployment plans, contingency/back-out plans, feasibility study, cost and time analysis and detailed estimates.
· Perform system maintenance, production incident problem management, identification of root cause, remediation of the problems and on-call pager support schedule.
· Participate in POCs (Proof of Concept) and help the Department with selection of Vendor Solutions, Technologies, Methodologies and Frameworks.
· Perform Quality Inspections and Walkthroughs throughout the SDLC including Requirements Review, Design Review, Code Review and Security Review to ensure compliance with defined standards.
- Achieve top line and bottom line targets for the account/portfolio
- Detailed account plan and achieving on the same on a quarter on quarter basis
- Formal engagement plan for liaising with key senior customer stakeholders, and facilitating Altimetrik leadership connects with client executives via a multi-tier approach
- Lead and influence an engaged and effective workforce and that is fully integrated with Altimetrik vision, values and purpose
- Should have min of 8+ yrs of exp
- Worked primarily on Design and development of multiple Website that are customer heavy
- Performance optimization of Site Speed across
- Exposure to work directly with Customers on Front End Design
- Be a Mentor for the Team
- Document Standards and procedures and implement in team
- Collect Metrics on defects and triage Defects with the team
Technical/Functional competency
- IT software development, digital solutions, digital transformation background is mandatory.
- Good understanding of technology, software development methodologies especially as relating to developing custom software for customers using agile principles
