Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules’ firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

● Minimum 8+ years of software development experience and 2+years as a lead, ● Lead a high-performance team by providing hands-on guidance along with individual contribution, ● Work closely with Managers (Technical and Product) to define and plan projects and activities, ● Develop and implement an architecture strategy, ● Facilitate team collaboration towards software engineering best practices, and solutions that meet customer needs, ● Ensuring high quality code is produced and maintained through code review and frequent defect prevention activity, ● Work closely in small teams to create well integrated products in short design cycles with good documentation and reusable artifacts, ● Agile/ Scrum/Kanban experience, ● Should be strong in Core JAVA and Design Principles, ● Should be very strong in J2EE with Spring, JPA and Hibernate, ● Should be very strong in Spring Boot with RESTful Webservices and Microservices, ● Should have working experience on RDBMS and MySQL databases, ● Should be proficient in documenting the process and code using standard tools like POSTMAN, Swagger etc.,, ● Should be proficient with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EC2, RDS, Mongo-DB etc., ● Basic understanding of Caching (Redis) and Search/Index Platform (Elastic Search)
