Address- Hands-on experience Greenfield & Brownfield Projects in chemical processing industry
- Solid Understanding of chemical plant equipment’s, Utilities, tank farm & static & static equipment’s
- Ability to understand Engineering drawings like P&ID’s, PFD, Layouts, Isometric drawings & Equipment drawings
- Prepare Micro & Marco bar chart planning with time frame & track project status along with budget
- Monitor & track project status from all stakeholders for time, progress & budget
- Work out with team for basic & detailed engineering
- Prepare BOQ and Costing work of conceptualized scheme i.e structural, piping, Equipment’s, SM items, Insulations, painting & scaffolding
- Preparations & consolidations of scheme costings of various cost and accordingly prepare CP cum CPAN documents
- Initiate project enquiry with vendors (RFQ) & freeze technical aspects & finalize selection of equipment’s, prepare TBA & carryout creation of material & service activity
- Negotiation with vendors to freeze technical aspects as well as to assist purchase in the commercial negotiations.
- Hands on experience SAP & PS module, Material PR, Service entry, Material issue & Inventory Management
- Ensure timely procurement ie, PR and ensure PO release, track orders ensure manufacturing progress at vendor site and carryout periodic inspection and expedite for timely delivery of equipment’s
- Procure material with test certificates and checking of same before material approval and usage
- Approve drawings/QAP and provide confirmation to vendors during the project stage for manufacturing & supply
- To ensure procurement of equipment through approved QA plant and stage wise inspections.
- Plan for project execution and effective control of maintaining the project cost within the budget.
- Plan and execute site activities coordinating with internal stakeholders like Civil, Instrumentation & electrical to carryout site activities & preparations on time
- Interacting with technology/equipment suppliers for achieving performance parameters during commissioning
- Carryout quality testing and inspection methods for equipment’s, piping and other onsite measurement activities
- To carry out project or modification work in Right first time concept to avoid rework and poor quality.
- Ensure job completion, closing of permit and housekeeping for execution of each job and work permit.
- To develop documents like inspections report, testing report. Loop files related to work
Qualifications:
Bachelor Of Engineering
