Job Highlights
- Responsible to meet production targets as per production planning
- Control the raw material usage and wastage minimization
- Recommend improvements in Key Performance Indicators (OEE, Yield, Specific Power Consumption etc.)
- Dealing and execution of production related activities at Shop Floor
- Carry out material balance calculation of produced batch/grade
- Root cause analysis & proposing corrective and preventive action for non-confirming products
- Direct contractual employees at shop-floor
- Ensure compliance of all corrective & Preventive actions to avoid repetition of Customer complaints
- Motivate shop floor employees including contract labours to maintain safety and 5S standards across the plant
- Maintain housekeeping standards in and around plant premises to ensure clean & safe work place
Requirements
- B.E / B.Tech in Polymer / Plastic Engineering
- 5 to 7 Years of experience in Plastic Compounding Industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
