As Rubber technologist, responsbile for: a. Approval of new model parts / prototype parts in terms of physical, analytical, thermo mechanical testing and their failure analysis. b. New infrastructure development (Equipment procurement) for polymer and rubber parts.

1. Annual maintenance for polymers and rubber equipment.
2. Performing VA/VE ideas, and analysing failure in endurance testing and correcting it in design for polymer and rubber parts.

 Rubber material approval, testing & development of new materials.
 Hands on experience of lab testing equipment’s like DSC, TGA, FTIR, GC-MS, Tensile, hardness testing machine.
 Development of parts using different techniques like injection, blow and compression moulding.
 New infrastructure development (Equipment procurement) for rubber and polymeric parts.
 Annual maintenance for polymers and chemical equipment.
 Knowledge of test data management for polymer and rubber parts.
 Regulatory compliance and hazardous material compliance for all polymeric parts.
