About this role: Desk Engineer

We’re hiring Desk for one of our Leading MNC in Oil & Gas to join their growing team. This position is based out in Barmer.

What you need to bring:

Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering, preferred Petroleum or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum 5 years of experience in monitoring Artificial Lift operated wells. Experience with ESP & PCP would be beneficial;
Monitor well performance under ESP & PCP;
Undertake corrective measures to prevent well trips;
Maintain well failure data and prepare business reports as per Company’s requirements;
Conduct RCFA of failed equipment and conduct analysis based on the data;
Should be able to interpret obtained liquid levels and dynacards, and recommend pump optimization. Should be able to conduct TDR surveys in ESP wells;
Shall have to continuously interact with operations team for well performance and optimization;
Maintain all the necessary records, not limited to, like preventive maintenance, tracking of liquid levels and dynacards etc. Should assist in bringing in best SOP across industry;
Understanding of electrical items, dimensions and measurement;
Fluent in English and shall have good communication skill. Also, should be fluent in Hindi;
Experience of working on MS office, specifically MS excel.
