This role is responsible for project delivery with focus on improved project profitability, on-time delivery & high Customer Satisfaction. &. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Drive & deliver Greenfield Projects with focus on optimizing cost, driving project profitability, on-time delivery, and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction.
• Collaborate with World Area Sales Managers, Planning, Buyers and Project Management groups in the Operations organization, Application Engineer Team and Product Managers from the Product Business Lines during the quotation and delivery project phases to ensure a smooth flow of information and process throughout the Project sales cycle and offer the most suitable and realistic proposal for deliveries.
• Cohesively work with other CoE's and WA's to provide the best project execution solution and to find opportunities to collaborate for project centric execution strategy.
• Facilitate close customer relationships between the CoE's and project teams to continuously deliver "great outcome for everyone" solutions. Clearly demonstrate customer focus in all actions.
• Responsible for Stake holder management during complete Project delivery lifecycle.
• Develop Project sales forecast and provide timely inputs to WA leaders on its accuracy.
• Attract, develop and retain qualified and skilled staff and workforce. Mentor, coach, appraise employees and build a strong leadership team.
• Provide dedicated customer facing focus, and develop sales and growth strategies to achieve and exceed bookings and growth targets ensuring consistency with business unit strategies;
• Formulating strategies to develop adoption of new technologies within Greenfield hub to support organizational initiatives.
• Developing and driving global standards for quality, safety, productivity, sustainability.
• Setting and deploying internal quality standards, quality control and quality audits
• Adhering to global project quality standards during project delivery
• Identifying the resource needs & planning for technical & non-technical resources
• Identifying training needs, providing inputs for training plan and ensuring development of resources on technical & soft skills
• Defining business/ work process & standards and implementation of the same across the organization
• Analyzing multiple projects for optimal capacity utilization & planning
• Lead monthly management reporting using systematic processes.
• Responsible for Record Retention Process for the assigned area of operation.
• Adhere and promote all Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Adherence to Emerson Values.

Dimension & Scope

• Project delivery for SYSS projects
• Develop & deliver Project Sales Plan
• Internal Customers: WA Operations leader, WA Finance leader, EEEC VP and Management team, Local HR & Finance, Technology, Supply Chain, BU leaders
• External Customers: Sub-Contractors, EPC's, End Customers, ISO and other auditors, local suppliers

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Overall experience of 20+ years with minimum 05 years in leadership positions leading multiple projects & multiple customers, business from countries.
• Consistent track record of implementing sustained improvement within a project organization through continuous improvement methodologies.
• Must have outstanding ability to work with people at all levels and must be a team player.
• Proficient English language skills (verbal and written) - local language skills a strong asset.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Degree in Engineering with specialization in Instrumentation, Electronics, Chemical or any related or equivalent field.
