Director - Growth / Inside Sales - US market
Role specifications:
The Director - Growth is responsible for driving US business growth and revenue through sales and people leadership of the Inside Sales team. A strong sales background working with international (especially US) markets, an understanding of the financial products, as well as an ability to execute a strong people strategy for the team are critical factors for success in this role.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing a strong product messaging and positioning in collaboration with marketing to generate leads.
- Expanding the sales funnel through campaigns and outbound lead prospecting
- Developing a highly effective and efficient sales funnel and sales cycle
- Recommending and executing product innovation based on new opportunities, customer feedback, or market and competitor trends
- Defining sales targets and incentive structures in alignment with organizational goals
- Driving exceptional team performance through strong hiring, onboarding, mentoring and coaching, formal training programs and continuous performance review processes
- Developing relationships with key clients, including managing the ongoing development and growth of these accounts
- Negotiating and closing contracts with potential clients and partners
- Building transparency on business performance through regular reports against key input and output metrics
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams including marketing, account management, operations, sales enablement, risk etc to improve sales performance.
What we look for:
Experience:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience driving sales and business growth with start-up or mid-sized tech organizations with at least 3-4 years working with US clients
- Strong experience building and managing sales teams
- Financial services / FinTech experience
