We are seeking a result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our impact-driven marketing initiatives. As a key driver of our marketing team, you will leverage your expertise in Digital Marketing tools and strategies to generate tangible results and drive our brand's success. You will have a keen eye for selecting and utilizing the right tools, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness in our campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute data-driven Digital Marketing strategies that align with our organizational goals, leveraging the latest tools and technologies to drive impactful results.
2. Utilize your expertise in Digital Marketing tools, including but not limited to Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management platforms, and marketing automation software, to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
3. Lead end-to-end management of digital channels, such as website optimization, paid advertising campaigns, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media, ensuring they are aligned with our brand messaging and targeted towards our key audience segments.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data- driven decisions.
5. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, tools, and emerging Digital Marketing strategies, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts and stay ahead of the competition.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
1. Graduation: B.Tech./B.E/MBA.
2. 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
3. Strong hands-on experience with Google's product ecosystem, including Tag Manager, Google Ads and Analytics.
4. Deep understanding of advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
