Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with client, sales and operations for requirements and deliveries.
- Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, Social Media- Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
- Manage end-to-end digital projects.
- Meeting and understanding clients.
- Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with different teams internally to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Planning how to put the strategies in action depending on the brand strategy, requirements and capability of the team.
- Creative Brief– On receiving client requirements, preparing a descriptive client brief and a task list
- Supervising the execution of campaign plans.
- Proactively plan for content with the team based on the festive and marketing calendar.
- Brainstorm with Strategy, Design & Content teams for strategies for brand development on social media
- Chalking out a plan with the Brand Strategist on the short term and long term growth of your clients

Ideal skills and experience required
- MBA degree in marketing or relevant qualification
- Certification from Udemy or Udacity
- 1-2 year of experience in Digital Marketing agency is preferable
- Great presentation skills to persuasively put forward the agency's point of view.
- Natural at kindling active conversations
- Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
- Excited about the opportunity to work and grow with an early stage startup
- Be confident creatively. Able to judge creative and comment effectively and a flair for digital communications as well.
