Job description

Marketing Field Executive for TMT Sales for Raipur, Bhilai, Durg & Rajnandgaon with a rolling mill background is responsible for promoting and selling TMT bars produced by the company's rolling mill facilities. This role requires a solid understanding of the steel industry and markets from Raipur to Rajnandgaon with customer requirements. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and sales expertise to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company's market presence.

JOB PROFILE

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for TMT bars

2. Identify and prospect potential customers in the construction, infrastructure, and manufacturing sectors.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs..

5. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.

6. Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with customers to maximize profitability while meeting their requirements.

7. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management.

8. Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to the TMT and billets market.

9. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand the company's reach and foster business connections.

10. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

11. Uphold the company's values and reputation in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in Field sales and marketing, preferably in the steel industry with a focus on TMT

3. Strong understanding of rolling mill operations, steel production processes, and product specifications.

4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.

5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

8. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend industry events.

9. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

10. Adherence to ethical business practices and compliance with company policies and regulation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
