Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Execute and manage social media campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Craft engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
Content Creation and Marketing:
Create and optimize content for the company website, blog, and social media channels to drive organic traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to produce compelling blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings.
Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails.
Segment email lists for targeted marketing and track email campaign performance.
Conduct A/B testing of email content to optimize open and click-through rates.
Paid Advertising:
Manage and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
Monitor ad budgets, adjust bidding strategies, and analyze campaign performance.
Develop ad creatives and landing pages to maximize conversions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze website traffic and user behavior.
Prepare regular reports on Digital Marketing performance, including key KPIs and ROI.
Identify trends and insights to refine marketing strategies.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging Digital Marketing technologies.
Conduct market research to identify growth and expansion opportunities.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in [industry].
Strong grasp of Digital Marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools and advertising platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize marketing data.
Creative thinker with a knack for generating innovative ideas.
