We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead our Digital Marketing efforts for e-invitations and wedding gifting products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Digital Marketing strategies, with a focus on driving performance and maximizing ROI across various online channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and a proven track record of managing successful Digital Marketing campaigns in the wedding industry.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for e-invitations and wedding gifting products.
- Plan, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various online channels, including but not limited to, paid search, display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the wedding industry, staying up-to-date with the latest Digital Marketing technologies and best practices.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the product development, creative, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources in executing marketing campaigns effectively.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards related to Digital Marketing, ensuring all marketing activities adhere to legal and ethical guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends and consumer behavior patterns to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in the e-invitations and wedding gifting market segments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on performance marketing, preferably in the wedding industry or related e-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record of managing successful Digital Marketing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion through various online channels.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., with hands-on experience in campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
