Job Summary: We are looking for a Sr. Performance Marketing Executive who will work towards driving engaged and relevant traffic for clients in order to drive their Revenue and ROI. Right candidate will own end-to-end responsibility related to all things Performance marketing wrt assigned clients.
Responsibilities
- Customer acquisition via digital marketing and maximising LTV for clients.
- Setting up and managing all paid digital marketing channels, and driving conversions on client's website by deeply understanding and analysing user journey.
- Analysing traffic from different channels, optimising it based on business targets.
- Deriving consumer understanding using the website data & digital marketing channels and using it to devise digital marketing strategies.
- Driving significant ROI improvement basis deep analytics, understanding user journey and capabilities of the respective channels.
- Constantly improving conversion on the website by analysing the entire conversion funnel. To lead revenue initiatives for clients that may be cross functional involving tech and product teams.
- Creating daily dashboards for driving improvement, checking on breakages that might have taken place and rectifying if any
- Coordinate activities for the client between multiple departments
- Coordinate client review meetings.
- Ensure high levels of quality for client requirements.
- Ensure client retention.
- Ensure timely execution of projects.
- Ensure timely reporting for clients.
- Keep communication channels open between client, Performance team members and Business Development team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in Performance Marketing and analytics of which 1-2 years should be in client & project management roles.
- Expertise in key DM channels like Google, Facebook/Instagram etc. to drive top of the funnel, SEM & Remarketing
- Proven experience/knowledge as Performance Marketing Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of Internet Marketing principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize strategically and analyze large sets of data.
- Prior experience in e-commerce industry would be preferred
- Ability to work in an unstructured fast paced environment is critical for success.
- Any experience within a start-up/scale up environment would seriously impress!
