Job Description:
As a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing Digital Marketing strategies, managing SEO campaigns, and optimizing our online presence to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. You will work closely with the web developers to implement effective strategies and ensure maximum visibility and engagement across various online platforms.
Mandatory Skills needed:
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
- Follows social media, YouTube and industry news & trends,
- Genuine interest / early adopter of digital technology & innovation
- Knowledge of social media for business and influencer marketing tactics,
- CMS, website design knowledge and Mailchimp
- SEO & SEM
- Backend website knowledge and configuration
- Proven experience delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, micro sites, and social media applications
- Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMRush, Moz, or similar
Responsibilities:
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content for improved search engine rankings
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO enhancements
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and emerging Digital Marketing practices to ensure our strategies remain effective
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated Digital Marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising
- Create engaging and persuasive content for various digital platforms, including website copy, blog articles, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Track, measure, and report on the performance of Digital Marketing initiatives using relevant KPIs and analytics tools
- Identify opportunities for growth and optimization and provide recommendations to enhance overall Digital Marketing efforts
- Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to proactively identify new Digital Marketing And SEO opportunities
