We are looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads. This is a Junior level position with 1 to 3 years of experience, and it is a Full-Time role based in Mohali, Punjab, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on social media marketing, SEO, and digital advertising.
- Proficient in using Digital Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and advertising platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
- Analytical mindset and ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in the IT industry or IT services marketing is a plus.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
- Manage and optimize website content, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
- Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Create and manage social media profiles and content on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Digital Marketing efforts with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track and report on key Digital Marketing metrics, including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Monitor and respond to online reviews and customer feedback to maintain a positive online reputation.
