Requirements

·         Experience of iManage Work, configuring metadata and templates

·         Enterprise System Deployments and Indexing Technology (preferably RAVN)

o    Should have profound knowledge or functional component of the following systems on how it works, how it is configured and integrated etc

o    DMS

o    DMS - iManage Preview Server

o    DMS - iManage RAVN Indexer

o    DMS - iManage Work 10

o    DMS - iManage Work for iOS

o    DMS - iManage Work Server

o    DMS - Threat Manager

o    DMS - Threat Manager v10

·         Extensive knowledge in iManage Azure cloud and Migration experience from On-prem to iManage cloud

·         Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving software and configuration issues in complex multi-tiered application environments

·         Developing and maintaining a deep technical knowledge of our iManage product suite

·         Maintaining a deep technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, networking, relational databases, mobile smart devices, Microsoft desktop software, and web technologies.

·         Knowledge on iManage API and experience in building applications using iManage API

·         A working knowledge of iManage schema and SQL database technologies

·         Extensive documentation skills using Vizio and Lucid Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills

·         Knowledge in writing and executing scripts, experience integrating using different application APIs

·         Ability to review application and server logs Experience with Agile Planning Tools (Jira, Confluence)

·         Proactively assisting business users and internal teams to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

·         Troubleshooting business user's issues using excellent communication, critical and analytical skills

Qualifications

·         5+ years of experience in iManage

·         Exhibit a good understanding of Document Management Systems

·         Expertise in managing a full SDLC life cycle - creating unit test plans, preparing test cases and test data setup.

·         Experienced managing test cases in Jira.

·         Good communication skills.

·         Can work independently (self-start) and can also work in a team environment.

·         Experience working with outside vendors.
