Role Summary:
  • The responsibility of the PMO Consultant is to work closely with the Onsite stakeholders on assigned projects assisting with defined “core” activities.
  • The PMO Consultant activities will complement the stakeholder’s ability to ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments with the project delivered on time, on budget, on scope and with high quality.
  • Responsible for learning the internal processes with the goal of increasing in knowledge and expertise to develop greater proficiency in Project Management acumen and expertise.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Ensuring resource assignments are done to the right project at the right time.
  • Need to send out Quality reports daily to the Stakeholders showcasing their demand and action to be taken.
  • Support the onsite teams on queries raised.
  • Plan and Schedule resources efficiently. Create visibility of resource capacity, competency, and availability for all stakeholders
  • Assign tasks to the team and follow-up till the completion.
