Job Description
+ Prepare detailed reinforcement drawings for concrete structures in accordance with BS/Euro codes.
+ Utilize software such as Cads RC, AutoCAD, and Microstation proficiently to produce high-quality drawings.
+ Demonstrate a strong understanding of Revit basics, with the ability to create and modify models.
+ Collaborate effectively with design engineers to ensure drawings meet design requirements and specifications.
+ Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure constructability and avoid clashes.
+ Produce bar bending schedules, detailing reports, and other related documentation.
+ Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with codes and standards.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices.
Additional Advantages:
+ Experience with Bentley Rebar software.
+ Ability to use Revit 3D reinforcement add-ons for advanced detailing.
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in RC detailing.
+ In-depth knowledge of BS/Euro codes for concrete design and detailing.
+ Proficiency in Cads RC, AutoCAD, and Microstation.
+ Strong understanding of Revit basics.
+ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Effective communication and teamwork skills.
+ Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
