About the role:
As a Graphic Designer, you’ll create visual stories and experiences that support our goal to empower every teacher and motivate every learner. You will work collaboratively across multiple departments–including marketing, product, and sales—to plan, research, prototype, and create other communications and content for an ever-expanding, highly engaged audience of teachers, students, and education leaders. 
Note: This is a 6-month full-time contract

What You'll do:

• Enhance video clips with motion graphics and animations.
• Drive and execute a creative project, from initial concept through delivery.
• Gauge what viewers respond best to and adapt accordingly. 
• Organize and templatise work for effective use across teams.
• Manage deadlines for projects of varying scale and complexity. 
• Consume briefs efficiently to develop and implement changes to successfully deliver creatives and videos.

Who You Are:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video creation.
• Proficient in relevant design programs, including Illustrator, Figma, Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, etc
• BA in communications design, graphic design, or related field of study.
• Agency experience.
• Experience with B2B/enterprise content creation.
• Nice to have: experience in Ed-tech.
