Responsibilities
• Develop marketing initiatives that translate business objectives into clear and impactful creative strategies.• Review and approve creative developed by the team, ensuring that deliverables address marketing goals and challenges effectively.• Manage and give directions to the creative team for all website, print, social media, digital marketing, in-store and outdoor marketing collaterals and retail packaging to keep within brand parameters and synchronized.• Ensure smooth cross-functional teamwork of graphic designers, copywriters, photographers/videographers in the development of the creative deliverables.• Produce fresh, innovative content that translates complex ideas into compelling creative materials and digital experiences.• Responsible for organizing and directing photoshoots, both inhouse and collaboration with agencies.• Responsible for brand consistency across platforms• Referencing/Mood boarding/Keeping abreast of competition• Responsible for campaign budgeting and maintaining fiscal controls while coordinating with relevant departments.
Requirements
• 6 - 8 years of experience in a premium/luxury brand or Ad agency
