Designation: Design Manager
Key Skills:
Technical - Strong technical skills in working & shop drawings.
Strong knowledge of AutoCad 2D, 3Ds Max, Sketch-up,and Photoshop.
People Handling skills – Capable of /Groom able to manage a team of 20-30 executives. Communication skills – Capable of communicating & managing internal stakeholders, external vendors & client interaction for end to end high quality design deliverables. Operational bent of mind – Capable of managing tight deadlines by astute time management with a bent of driving work output from his team.
Responsibilities:
- People Manager who works leads a team of 2D/3D drafts man and coordinates with the design creative team to translate the design vision to final dockets.
- Understanding the project requirements through interactions with internal design creative team as well as clients to conceptualizing creative ideas into fit-outs and production drawings for all interior as well as civil, electrical & Plumbing drawings.
- Work closely with the internal teams to ensure timely closure of high quality deliverables.
• Skilled at communicating with other internal stakeholders including the operations and client servicing team for satisfactory design deliverables. • Manage end to end design deliverables by leading a team of field recce operatives, 2D/3D draftsmen as well as manage external vendors.
Requirements:
- Certificate, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design/Product Design.
- Must have a working knowledge of interior designing projects in field of Retail, Hospitality & Commercial Interiors.
- A strong portfolio of previous work and completed projects.
- Strong working knowledge software’s including AutoCad-2D, 3Ds Max, Sketch-up, and Photoshop.
- People / team handling skills a must. Previous experience in handling team highly desirable.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage deliverable quality and timelines.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
