- Should know the basic Engg design and able to work on gear shift design/ Shift By wire interface - electrical and communication
- SOR, CIR and Technical synthasis for Electric Drives, Automatic, and its shift systems(by cable and by wire)
- Basics of microcontroller, Communication protocol i.e CAN, LIN,
- IFMEA, Bench and Validation DVP preparation and execution
- Comparative study and performance/logic
- Driveline system concern analysis and resolution report preparation
- Should have manufacturing and process knowledge of Transmission/Electric Shift system/E-Drive Aggregates
- Should be able to work with CFT including Quality, Plant, Functional safety, suppliers and close points wrt APQP, MPDS gateway
- Automatic Gear shift design/ Shift By wire interface - electrical and communication
