Position Description:
Design and Development of Electronic control systems for futuristic technologies in Chassis focusing vehicle handling, weight optimization, safety and convenience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Ideate and develop chassis concept design for Electronic control systems.
2. Develop working proto types by carrying out benchmarking, state of art technology search, literatures, control algorithm, EE hardware software interfacing, HMI, simulations / testings, data analysis, meeting regulatory needs, addressing future mobility challenges & internal/external customer requirements etc. to prove the concepts.
3.Improve design to resolve any test failures, performance, durability, reliability , manufacturing issues in the concept along with team using relevant problem solving tools
4. Patenting the concepts, Validate the design, integrate into product development and ensure delivery to the market thru design release
5. Prepare reports, presentations on simulations, testing at various stages & tracking actuals against targets
6. Collaborate with other teams to integrate technology requirements into design to ensure delivery of target performance.
7. Develop standards for testing and simulation as well as update existing standards based on new knowledge developed both though internal research as well as research carried out by scientific community worldwide.
