Address- To assist the Manager Projects and take lead in managing the capital projects process from idea to handover.
- Manage the term services contractor working on site
- To assist the Manager Projects & ensure project risks are managed and escalated and cost and timings are met.
- To follow and ensure the workflows are as per all elements of the governance, process, reporting KPI, system and competence development.
- To support in capex projects implementation and provide required support to the Operations & Maintenance team in timely completion of key Capex Projects in the Budgeted financial timeline.
- To assist the Manager Projects and work with the leadership team in tracking various Project as per the stage gate approval workflows.
- To ensure and keep a tap on all materials supplies as per the BOQ of various Projects and escalate the concerns if any to Manager Procurement and Projects.
- To be available at site and ensure that all Project Contractors and their work force are complying the EHS and PSRM standards of JM, while performing their duties.
- Ensure completion and handover of projects to the client's satisfaction. Conduct post project reviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare Project Construction Methodology and review with Group TA.
- Preparation of construction RFQ, vendor assessment & TBEs
- Preparation of Installation qualification reports.
- Conducting PSSR & closure of observations
- To act as the focal point for project Construction works
- Checking of JMRs and measurement sheets.
- Inspection of incoming materials
- Monitoring & updating schedule wrt construction works, manging interfaces.
